Privacy Policy

The short version

Sleep Scene is designed to work locally. The current app does not require an account, use advertising trackers, or send your soundscape prompts to Sleep Scene servers.

Information handled by the app

The app may process and store the following information on your device:

• Sleep preferences selected during onboarding, such as goals, obstacles, preferred sounds, and session duration.
• Soundscape prompts, refinement instructions, generated scene recipes, layer volumes, timers, and recent scenes.
• App settings, including appearance and onboarding status.
• Subscription entitlement status returned through RevenueCat and the applicable app store.

On-device intelligence

On supported devices, Sleep Scene may use Apple Foundation Models to interpret prompts on the device. When that service is unavailable, a deterministic planner runs locally. The current version does not send prompts to a third-party large language model provider.

Information Sleep Scene does not collect

The current app does not request your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, HealthKit data, or advertising identifier. It does not include third-party advertising or general-purpose analytics SDKs.

Purchases

Sleep Scene uses RevenueCat to display subscription options and manage purchase access. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous app user ID and processes device information, subscription status, and purchase transaction information to provide this service. We do not send your sleep preferences, soundscape prompts, or scenes to RevenueCat. In the released iOS app, Apple processes App Store payments; neither Sleep Scene nor RevenueCat receives your full payment card details. Website data

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies, account registration, or tracking pixels. Standard hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical request information, such as IP address, browser type, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Support messages

If you contact Sleep Scene, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain appropriate support records.

Retention and deletion

App preferences and scenes remain on your device until you reset personalization, remove individual data where the app provides that option, or delete the app. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, safety, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to make a request.

Children

Sleep Scene is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
